You cannot phone your parent
You cannot phone your parent in prison at all for anything. They have to call you.
When you visit them you could ask them to phone you. Phone calls have to be arranged by the prison officers so your parent can’t just ring you at any time.
Here are some people you CAN talk to
- People you know
- Family, mentor, friends, people at church, school teacher, adults you trust
- Parent or caregiver at home
It’s important to tell the person looking after you about how you are feeling.
